Financial clarity for agency founders

You don't have a profit problem. You can't see your own money.

In three weeks you'll have a clear, forward view of the numbers that actually run your agency — and you'll understand what they're telling you, so you make decisions on what you can see instead of bracing for what you can't.

Three clients a month. No pressure either way.

The real problem

You had your best year yet. So why does it still feel like this?

You billed your biggest month ever and you're still watching the account like it might bite you. Your bookkeeper says you're profitable. The P&L agrees. And yet payroll week arrives and your stomach drops — the money that's meant to be there is tied up in a retainer that pays Net-60, a deposit that hasn't cleared, and an invoice you sent eleven days ago to a client who pays when they feel like it.

You run the math in your head — what's landed, what's owed, whether it clears before the 30th — and you run it again at 11pm, laptop warm on your knees, everyone else asleep.

It isn't only cash. Someone asks how the business is really doing and you can answer in adjectives but not in numbers. You're not sure, off the top of your head, how much you're owed right now, or which clients are quietly costing you, or what next month looks like.

"Here's what's actually true: this was never a sign you're bad at this. Nobody handed you this part when your craft turned into a company."

What it's like on the other side

Picture opening your accounts and feeling nothing sharp.

No knot, no mental arithmetic — just a glance, because you already know where things stand, and you knew last week too. You can see the whole picture in one place: cash on hand, what's coming in, who owes you, what you owe, where next month is tight before it arrives.

You're not running your agency on gut feel and a bank balance anymore. You're running it on a clear view — and the next time someone asks you to talk through your numbers, you won't be performing. You'll just know.

Who this is for

This is for you if…

You run a digital, creative, marketing, or professional services agency

Doing somewhere between $500K and $2M in revenue

Built on your craft rather than a finance background

You want to see and understand your own numbers — not become an accountant

This isn't for you if…

Pre-revenue founders or side projects still finding their feet

Someone looking for a course to watch alone at their own pace

Anyone who wants to hand the whole thing off and never look again

How the three weeks work

Built on your actual numbers. Never theory, never a generic example.

01
Week One

See it, and finally get it

We start with a no-judgement look at your real books, where the first thing I do is tell you three things you're already doing right. Then we put the few numbers that actually run your agency — cash, revenue, who owes you, what you owe, payroll — in one place. By the end of the first session the fog has lifted: you can read your whole position in a minute, and the words finally mean something.

02
Week Two

See forward, and read it

We build your thirteen-week cash flow forecast together, live, wired for how agencies really get paid: retainers, deposits, Net-30 and Net-60, contractors on their own timelines. As we build it, you learn to read it — why a profitable month can still be tight, what's driving the weeks that are, what "healthy" looks like for an agency your size.

03
Week Three

Decide on it

This is where visibility becomes power. We turn the forecast into real decisions — the levers that ease a tight week before it arrives, a stress-test of the fears that keep you up — and install the fifteen-minute weekly rhythm that keeps the whole thing alive long after we finish. The point you leave on isn't a forecast sitting in a spreadsheet. It's the first decision you make from your own numbers, knowing you're driving instead of bracing.

You won't leave with homework. We build it in the room, together, so the work happens with me — not in the gaps of a week that's already full.

What's included

Three weeks, one-to-one, built around your real numbers.

Done-with-you sessions with a chartered accountant who's also sat in the founder's chair — and three things designed to make sure it works for you specifically.

01

The No-Judgement Numbers Read

A private session before we start where I look at your real books, judgement-free, and tell you three things you're already doing right — so the first thing you feel is relief, not exposure.

02

The Agency Cash Flow Forecast

A rolling 13-week cash flow forecast already built for how agencies really get paid — retainers, deposits, Net-60, and all — so it fits your business on day one instead of fighting it.

03

The Payroll-Proof Promise

Finish the three weeks and if you can't sit down, see your whole position, and understand what it's telling you, we keep going at no extra cost until you can.

Portrait of Nyasha

Who I am

Nyasha

I'm a finance and governance professional with over 12 years of corporate experience in audit, finance, governance and risk management, progressing to finance executive level before starting my own advisory business over 5 years ago.

Today, I work closely with founder-led businesses to help them understand their numbers, strengthen their financial foundations, and build more structured, sustainable businesses.

Because this isn't just about numbers.

It's about building businesses that last. This work is both professional and personal for me. I saw early on what happens when a business lacks financial visibility, structure, and control. A family business — one that meant a great deal to us — collapsed. Not because there wasn't effort. Not because there wasn't opportunity. But because there wasn't enough clarity around the numbers, the risks, and how the business was actually performing.

That experience stayed with me. And throughout my time in corporate and now working with founders, I've seen the same pattern repeatedly: businesses don't fail because of lack of ambition. They struggle because they don't have clear visibility, structure, and control — which negatively affects the resilience and sustainability of the business.

I founded Sapientis Advisory and LevelUpr Life to change that.

Questions founders ask before booking

Honest answers.

One underpriced or slow-paying client quietly costs an agency your size around $15,000 a year. This is a one-time cost, once, to see all of it coming and understand it well enough to act — and the Payroll-Proof Promise means we don't stop until you can. The figure to compare it to isn't zero; it's what not seeing clearly is already costing you.

In the sessions, with me — not in your own time afterward. We build the forecast together, live, so you leave each call with it done rather than added to your list. The point is to take something off your plate, not pile more on.

That mess is just the shape of an agency, and it's exactly what this is built around. The forecast is already wired for how you actually get paid; we pour your real numbers in. If part of you is thinking mine's probably too complicated for this — that's the part this is for.

No, and they don't compete. Your bookkeeper records what already happened and keeps the history clean — worth keeping. This gives you the view forward, and teaches you to read it, so you can see what's coming and act on it. It sits on top of what you already have. Nobody gets replaced.

In fifteen years I've never opened a founder's books and found that. I find people who built something real with a few fixable gaps they were too close to see. That's why we start by naming what's already working — before we touch anything else.

A quiet next step

Tired of running on gut feel and the 11pm math?

I take on three Founder's View clients a month, because each one is hands-on and built around you — so there are only ever a few openings at a time.

Book a call. We'll start with the three things you're already doing right, and you'll know quickly whether this is for you. No pressure either way.
